    Responsibilities

    The Marketing Manager is responsible for creation, communication, execution, and analysis of all marketing strategies. Specifically, this includes:

     

    Strategic Initiatives

    • Develop digital marketing strategies
    • Provide strategic direction and approve all social engagement
    • Seek strategic opportunity for digital and traditional advertisement placement
    • Lead initiatives to grow physician practices

    Marketing Material Management

    • Develop promotional materials including marketing collateral and print copies
    • Manage all aspects of promotional item creation from initial concept through quotes, proof approvals, quality standards to successful delivery of all items.
    • Approve all creative for social, and create content if needed
    • Create and manage TOA’s website and all content
    • Coordinate video production
    • Write copy for radio

    Analysis of Marketing Strategies and Initiatives

    • Analyze all social, traditional, and digital advertising effectiveness
    • Identify opportunities and implement improvements for all avenues of advertising

    Relationship Management

    • Manage vendor relations including but not limited to; print, graphic design, videography, and photography
    • Maintain and develop relationships with local hospitals to strengthen partnerships with TOA

    Qualifications

    The successful candidate for Marketing Manager will be someone who has a high RPM, is focused on achieving organizational success, and has a demonstrated track record of marketing accomplishment in the health care industry.  Specifically, they must possess:

    • Healthcare background is required, and a background in orthopaedics is strongly preferred;
    • A degree in Marketing or a related field is desired, or at least three years of applicable experience may be considered;
    • A work ethic that is second to none with an incredible detail orientation, focused on achieving a high-quality output that is captivating, motivating, and helps TOA achieve its organizational objectives;
    • Must be expert in digital, traditional, and social marketing strategies with proven success in all three areas;
    • Must be able to work collaboratively with the COO, physicians, physician marketing liaisons, and other stakeholders in a fluid, change-filled environment;
    • Demonstrated success in oral, written, and visual communication, with the ability to effectively translate the desired message to help educate and influence TOA’s audience regardless of media;
    • Fluency with all skills and tools involving PR, written communication, website development, market research;
    • Must be fluent in Adobe and Microsoft software products, with understanding of other communication software packages helpful.
