Our Training and Development Manager is responsible for equipping and enabling our more than 500 colleagues with the skills and mindset to do just that. The Training and Development Manager collaborates with a number of TOA stakeholders and directly with colleagues in all of our clinics. This position reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, and works closely with our Patient Experience Manager, clinical site managers, Central Business Office leadership, and information technology. By delivering top-flight training and development programs, this position helps to ensure TOA colleagues are helpful, patient-centric, efficient, and performing at the highest levels.
